We treat causes, not just symptoms
Back, neck or shoulder pain rarely has a single cause. That's why we always start with a detailed assessment: your posture, joint range of motion, and how your daily load — desk work, sport, family life — affects your body.
Our Hegyvidék clinic works with university-trained physiotherapists and manual therapists and modern equipment. Treatments build on each other: some need only a few sessions, others a longer programme combining several methods.
Active or passive treatment?
Passive treatments — manual therapy and physical therapy — bring quick relief: they release blockages and reduce pain and inflammation. Active physiotherapy makes the result last, strengthening the muscles that hold the restored movement. For most patients the combination works best.
Why does everyone get their own plan?
Two similar complaints can have completely different causes, so we don't use template programmes. We build your therapy from the assessment results, your lifestyle and your goals — and adjust it as we go if your body responds differently than expected.
Planning follows the MOZGÁSPIRAMIS® approach: first we ease the pain, then restore range of motion, and finally build strength and endurance so the problem doesn't come back.

Anamnesis / assessment
Every therapy starts with getting to know your complaints and a thorough physical assessment. We look not only at the current issue but also for signs of postural faults, to get a full picture of your health. Right after the anamnesis we start building your personalised therapy plan — and treatment can begin.

Physical therapy
If you'd rather not take medication with synthetic ingredients and unpleasant side effects, natural physical therapy is the answer. Step by step, without costly and questionable products, you can get back to pain-free daily life.

Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is an active method: you perform the exercises taught and demonstrated by our physiotherapists. Contrary to popular belief, physiotherapy is more than just a treatment for complaints — it also works as a workout on its own. Its main goal, however, is relieving and eliminating pain.

Manual therapy
Unlike physiotherapy, manual therapy is a passive treatment technique — you don't perform exercises yourself. The manual therapist takes care of everything, using hands-on techniques to restore joints and release tight muscles. We only use proven, state-of-the-art manual techniques.

Physical therapy combined with manual therapy
Why combine physical therapy with manual therapy? To support tissue regeneration and to boost circulation and reduce inflammation. Our specialists always pick the right therapy method based on your specific complaint. In our Hegyvidék clinic you can access electrical stimulation (TENS), ultrasound therapy, cupping and Flossing.

Physiotherapy combined with manual therapy
Combining both treatments helps you recover even faster: the active and passive methods don't exclude each other but reinforce your healing. We also start with the anamnesis and required assessments, then build your personalised plan. Details about the combined approach are discussed at your first consultation.

Medical Fitness (personal training)
Our experienced specialists developed Medical Fitness — a therapy that blends cardio-power and interval training with functional physiotherapy exercises. The programme continuously builds your endurance towards your ideal condition. It's also a great choice if you want to shed extra kilos and get in real shape.

Sport-specific physiotherapy
Sport is part of your life and you want to lower the risk of injury? Or you recently got injured and want to be back on the field or in the gym as fast as possible? Our team has you covered either way. We teach you the principles of safe movement and, with a personalised training plan, help you reach your maximum.
